• To Tour Thayer's B & B, aka Sharon Gammell's home, arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• All events, including tours, are by special arrangement. 

• Sunday afternoons work the best for a tour of Thayer's. However, it is always possible that other times may be available please ask.

• Thayer's B&B Guided Tours last between 30 and 45 minutes - Cost is $5 per person

• Tours for School projects and youth groups - No Charge

• Thayer's is not a restaurant and we are not "open to the public."

• Cookies and Beverage, luncheons or an Afternoon tea can be arranged during your tour for an additional charge

• Table side Palm Readings are a nice addition to any tour. Cost is $20 per person and must be requested when you make your tour arrangements.

 General Information

• Thayer's B&B is open for B&B stays 365 days per year.

• Thayer's is privileged to have enchanted guests (ghosts)

• Thayer's B&B is Sharon Gammell's home. Yes, she is the owner and yes, she lives here. Thayer's B&B is NOT open to the public.

• Sharon Gammell is an internationally known, gifted psychic medium, she has two great Maine Coon Cats, she is a talented chef and is also a Universal Life Church minister & wedding officiate.

• Thayer's two friendly Maine Coon cats are Miss Sadie Cat and Mr. Tennessee Kitty. They are indoor kitties even though Tennessee might try to convince you otherwise. Please do not allow them to go outside. 

• Thayer's has 11 Guest rooms and authentic antiques.

• All reservations must be made in advance on line, using our secure booking engine; we accept NO walk-ins. 

• SMOKING is NOT allowed in-doors. Smoking is only allowed out-side in  designated areas.

• Children 6 years of age and older are welcome to visit.

• No videos of Thayer's, our Murder Mystery Dinners, Dinner Shows, Paranormal Classes or Ghost Hunting Classes are allowed. Still photos are fine.   

• Thayer's has the privilege and honor to be listed on the National  Register of Historic Places and is a Minnesota Historic site.

• Thayer's was built in 1895 with funding from the Soo Line RR & luckily, we still have trains running close by. 

• Thayer's has no elevator. 

• All of our guest rooms are on the second and third floors.

• You are welcome to purchase gift certificates. 

• Travel agents, referral services or any other agents or services: Thayer's does NOT pay commissions.
