Children staying must be pre-approved
by owner, Sharon Gammell. If there are
youngsters under the age of 12
in your group, and you want them to stay, you must discuss
the details with
Sharon at least 5 days in advance of arrival.

Thayer's is not set up for children, we
have authentic antiques & many breakable items that you
are responsible for. If something breaks or is damaged,
you agree to pay for the replacement or repair as Sharon
deems necessary.

Please note, when
renting the entire house, there is an
additional automatic $200 per night charge added when children under 12
years of age stay
at Thayer's.

We do not have roll- a-ways, cots or cribs
-
Accommodating more than 22
guests is not OK. Sleeping bags or sleeping on the
floor is not an option

A Full Breakfast
is always included when you stay with us

One
complete change of dining room and bed linens is included in the house
rental per day, additional set-ups are available for an additional
cost.

The next few Pictures are examples of our wonderful Full Breakfast. First course includes coffee or tea, juice, fresh fruits, cheeses & breakfast breads or pastries.
Following
the first course we serve a full breakfast main entree and the
last course, is a breakfast dessert of chocolate
dipped strawberries!

are cat lovers! Sharon has three friendly cats that are
fantastic and live here!!

has two Maine Coon Kitties
and a
domestic medium hair named Sam-Sam that love gentle attention. The happy
Maine Coon sporting a tuxedo and goatee, is named
Tennessee

the sweet (little - HA!) pastel
calico is named Miss Sadie
Cat.

Thayer's
is a smoke free Bed and Breakfast. You may smoke out of
doors in designated areas.

No
candles are allowed in any of our guest rooms.

Sharon is available to do
Psychic Readings
for you and your guests during your stay for an
additional charge.

Thayer's does not have a
liquor license. The state of MN liquor laws allow guests to bring in wine, for
your personal use, to be enjoyed in your guest room(s)

Thayer's is
haunted; Gus Thayer leaves pennies and we
have a number of other spirits including ghost
kitties.
