*Private Event Luncheon Information: 

  • We promise, at Thayer's, you will not leave the table hungry!

  • We suggest a minimum 2 week lead time. However, you can always call to check on a date with less notice.

  • Prices listed above are for groups of 20 or more guests. For smaller groups add $5 per plate to the listed prices.

  • Sales tax is 6.875% sales tax and a service-gratuity charge of 20% are automatically added to your Event total.

  • 2 hours of dining room rental is included in the Price of this Private Event

  • If additional rental time is required, it is available for $200 per hour plus tax billed in one hour increments.

  • You are welcome to bring in a wedding cake for dessert - there is an additional $100 service charge for Thayer's to cut and serve the cake; If you cut and serve the cake there is no charge.

  • Additional entree or menu selections, are available for an additional charge. The charge is applied to every plate.

  • When this event is served in the garden there is an additional chair rental charge of @ $4.75 per chair and a special seating charge of $300 plus tax.

  • All events are pre-paid. Dates and events are secured when $950 or full payment, which ever is less, is received by Thayer's. Balance must be paid 45 days prior to event. Incidentals may be paid the day of your event.

  • Tours of Thayer's are subject to guest room availability.

We are happy to accommodate special and restricted diets; our specialties are gluten, dairy and soy free as well as Vegan and Vegetarian. Simply let us know what you need when booking your event and Chef Sharon will prepare a unique, customized menu for you.

We serve organic & free range foods as often as possible and at Thayer's, your food is ordered and prepared per plate to guarantee freshness and flavor.
