A business stay at Thayer's B&B... includes many purrs plus, each of our guest rooms has a private bath with a shower and either a single whirlpool or claw footed bath tub.

Handsome Mr. Tennessee Kitty (photo left) invites you to stay at our house! After working all day, you deserve a nice place to relax and regroup!

TN & his sister, Miss Sadie Cat have free roam of the house, well, all except for the kitchen, of course. They are happy to visit with you in your room when invited. Thayer's ghosts respect your choices too; they will visit or not, as you prefer.

#201 Renaissance Room Queen sized bed, private bath has a clawfooted bath tub with shower. This room can be busy, busy with much ghostly activity. Standard Rm Rate $185  Check Availability

#202 Weddings, Wishes and Dreams  A King size bed - Private Bath with a clawfooted bath tub and shower.  Standard Rm Rate $195 Check Availability

#203 The Purples Mist   Twin beds connected with one headboard - Private Bath - Ghosts and ghost kitties visit this guest room  and they move things - so watch your keys! Standard Room Rate $185 Check Availability

#206 Miss Kitty's Room Queen Size bed, single whirlpool in the private bath. Standard Rm Rate $185 Check Availability

#207 Gus' Room East Lake Walnut bedroom set with a full size - double bed - single seascape whirlpool with a shower in the private bath. Standard Rm Rate $200  Check Availability

#301 Royal Haven  Queen Sized Bed - Bath has a clawfooted bath tub with shower. When invited, ghosts stop by and visit; when it's Gus that visits, he sometimes leaves good luck pennies. Standard Rm Rate $185  Check Availability

#304 Joan's Retreat Queen sized bed - Private Bath with a clawfooted bath tub & shower.  Our ghost Kitties really like this room! Lately, we have had a ghost who is a woodworker visiting this room too! Standard Rm Rate $195 Check Availability

#306 Miss Lilly's Room Queen sized bed, Bath has a clawfooted bath tub with a shower. Lilly really likes her room & the ghost kitties visit often. Standard Rm Rate $185  Check Availability

Just so you know... 

• Breakfast for business travelers is available as early as 7am

• At Thayer's Historic B&B, Annandale, MN we pamper you with guest rooms that have a private bath, hair dryer, 16" deep pillow topped Beauty-Rest Exceptional mattress and box-spring set, luxurious Bed Linens, Big Bath towels, Caswell Massey, Aveda, Innsparation & Jackson SPA amenities.

• With an advance notice of at least 48 hours, Sharon will be happy to accommodate restricted diets including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Heart Healthy, Diabetic, Vegan, Vegetarian or anything else, just let her know.

• Give Sharon a minimum 24 hour advance notice and you are welcome to have additional business guests join you for breakfast. Cost is $19 per guest plus 6.875% MN sales tax plus a 20% service-gratuity charge.

• We offer FREE Parking - with our two large private parking lots adjacent to Thayer's.

• We have irons & ironing boards available

• Thayer's is haunted; Gus Thayer (Thayer's first owner) leaves us pennies and we have a number of other spirit visitors including ghost kitties!  

• We are cat lovers! and have two Maine Coon cats that are super social, friendly and fantastic! One is named Tennessee always dressed in his tuxedo and our 'little' sweet pastel calico named Miss Sadie Diva Cat. Sharon has an office kitty too, his name is Sam-sam.

• We do not have a liquor license. MN liquor laws permit guests to bring in wine, for personal use, to be enjoyed in your guest room only.

• Every bedroom has a private bath with a tub & shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, bubble bath, bar soap, soft soap, face cloths, hand towels, and nice big bath towels.

• We do not have cots, cribs, or roll-always. 

• Our TV, VCR & DVD are in the living room. We have a large library of VHS & DVDs available at NO charge.

• Smoking in Thayer's is NOT permitted.

• Smoking is permitted out side in designated areas.

• No candles or incense is allowed to be burned in any of our guest rooms.

• There are about 25 lakes with in a 5 mile radius of Thayer's and a public beach about 3 blocks away and 6 golf courses are in the area. 18 and 9 hole courses.
